Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
